The Shangri La apartment building overlooks Monaco’s starting grid. The view below is an incredible panorama, with about 60% of the circuit and the whole of Monte Carlo Harbour in view. In our opinion this is the single best view of the racing in Monaco.

Guests see the cars roar down to Ste Devote and then up the hill towards the Hotel de Paris. While they’re out of sight around Casino Square, guests watch their progress on the giant screen directly opposite the balcony, before seeing them live again as they emerge from Loews Tunnel and charge along the harbour-side down to Tabac to negotiate the swimming-pool turns. The pitlanes briefly obscure them at Rascasse until they reappear to hit the home straight and pass directly beneath the balcony.

A fantastic balcony hospitality option is the Panorama building – superbly located on the first corner at Monaco, guaranteed to be one of the most action-packed spots of the Grand Prix. While enjoying excellent hospitality, guests will watch the cars from the first corner at Ste Devote, up the hill as the cars speed towards Casino Square. There is an excellent view of Monaco’s giant screen for the periods when the cars are out of eyeline, before they come racing back past K Grandstand and the harbour.

Right by the start line at Monaco is the Heracles building, where we have a spectacular roof terrace available for VIP race viewing and hospitality. The view is similar to Shangri La, but slightly lower and with a longer view of the starting grid.
